An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Unusual position suitable for applicants who do not wish to work full time. It is to cover a teacher in a job-share position on a week on week off basis from 21 October until 9 May. It may suit a teacher on career break or sombody studying. There may be flexibility to change the role from mainstream class teacher to SET if that suited the successful candidate better. This preference should be indicated in the cover letter. Should the candidate wish to work other days and gain experience in other classes on the week off there will be casual subbing available in the school. If interested in taking the position unitl a certain date e.g. Christmas please indicate this in the cover letter.
