An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

The Board of Management of St. Patrick’s NS, Clonbullogue initially advertised this permanent vacancy on this website on the 4th day of September 2024 seeking expressions of interest for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Kildare & Leighlin. The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the 9th day of September 2024.
The closing date for submission of expressions of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel was extended by advertisement on this website to the 11th day of September 2024.
The Board of Management of St. Patrick’s NS, Clonbullogue is now proceeding to fill this permanent vacancy through open competition.
This position is a mainstream teaching position with initial duties in SET. The SET position is a shared role, based in Clonbullogue NS and shared with Rhode NS. Initial duties are subject to change.
A recognised qualification to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is a requirement of the post. The successful candidate will be asked to supply copies of their certificates, diplomas and degrees. Please provide evidence of Teaching Council registration with application.
