Position available: School Transport Bus Escort
Previous experience not essential but a knowledge of special needs and working with children in any capacity would be an advantage.
Fixed-Term Contract available from 28.08.2024 to 27.06.2025 (school term time only)
Approx 20 hours per week - route has been approved
The bus escort is required for a pupil/pupils with an Autism diagnosis.
Bus Route - Assumption Senior G.N.S. - Clondalkin/Tallaght - Assumption Senior G.N.S. (This route is fixed and cannot be changed, so it would suit someone who lives locally)
Responsibilities: Accompany/supervise a pupil/pupils with ASD diagnoses on their bus journey to and from school.
Hours of work: Morning: Approx. 7.40 - 9.20am
Afternoons: Approx. 2:30pm - 4pm
Rate of pay: €13.40 per hour
